By booking and/or attending classes with Nathan Sears and the Guest Instructors teaching Barre and Yoga (hereafter "Guest Instructors") you acknowledge that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in exercise classes (including without limitation Kickboxing & Boxing, Mobility & Posture, Resistance & Intervals, Barre and Yoga).
You acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries.
You acknowledge that the specific risks vary from one activity to another, but could in principle range from minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains to serious harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales you:
(1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained by you in relation to the Classes, and to hold Nathan Sears and Guest Instructors from any potential or actual liability and/or loss in connection with your participation in any classes; and
(2) represent and confirm that you:
(a) do not have a physical or mental condition that would put you in any physical or medical danger and
(b) have not been instructed by a medical professional to not participate in physical exercise.
Nathan Sears and Guest Instructors are not medically qualified so if you have any doubts about your fitness or capability to exercise, it is strongly recommend that you get advice from a doctor first. For safety reasons, you are responsible for keeping to the conditions set out above.
