My training is focused on Mobility & Posture, Kickboxing, Resistance & Intervals, Barre and Yoga.  

These disciplines that we work on complement each other and are excellent for improving muscle tone and posture.

MOBILITY & POSTURE

The combination of strength and flexibility, Mobility is the answer to our increasing sedentary lifestyles. Grounded in scientific principles, each session will loosen out tight hips, spines and shoulders, improve our posture, joint health and reduce risk of injury.

KICKBOXING & BOXING

An aerobic and anaerobic blast that will develop your agility, postural awareness and overall conditioning. Finish each session feeling like Mohammed Ali/ Jean Claude Van Damme… or both!

RESISTANCE & INTERVALS

Resistance is weighted class focused on building strength.  Medium to heavy weights recommended for this one.  No equipment? No problem – Use a backpack full of books!

Intervals classes are tough! These are focused on developing full body endurance and mental toughness.

You can experience the best of both worlds or focus on each discipline individually.  Track your Intervals progress on a Friday!
