My training is focused on Mobility & Posture, Kickboxing, Resistance & Intervals.
These disciplines complement each other and are excellent for improving muscle tone and posture.

My Personal Training sessions are focused on you and your objectives. I like to keep sessions educational but challenging with the intention for you to be self sufficient and not need me anymore! In addition to your objectives I address any imbalances or movement restrictions encountered though mobility screening.
Training can be focused on Personal Training, Mobility and / or Kickboxing & Boxing. Sessions can also be tailored to support rehabilitation from injury.
I offer Personal Training either online, or in person in Central London.
I run private seminars and sessions on a weekly and ad-hoc basis. I also offer Corporate Packages that give employees access to my Online Group Classes on Zoom covering up to 10 classes per week.
With a published MSc project investigating “The impact of health and wellbeing initiatives on employee engagement” as well as a corporate career culminating as a FTSE 100 Business Development Director, I have practical and theoretical knowledge on creating an engaged workforce.
My experience ranges from consulting with executive boards on their wellbeing strategies, developing employee engagement surveys for over 1,000 participants and delivering staff classes both in person and remotely.
My classes are inclusive and cater to all levels of fitness.
MOBILITY & POSTURE
The combination of strength and flexibility, Mobility is the answer to our increasing sedentary lifestyles. Grounded in scientific principles, each session will loosen out tight hips, spines and shoulders, improve our posture, joint health and reduce risk of injury.
KICKBOXING & BOXING
An aerobic and anaerobic blast that will develop your agility, postural awareness and overall conditioning. Finish each session feeling like Mohammed Ali/ Jean Claude Van Damme… or both!
RESISTANCE & INTERVALS
Resistance is weighted class focused on building strength. Medium to heavy weights recommended for this one. No equipment? No problem – Use a backpack full of books!
Intervals classes are tough! These are focused on developing full body endurance and mental toughness.
You can experience the best of both worlds or focus on each discipline individually. Track your Intervals progress on a Friday!
